He does take a sip then, trying to suppress a grin all the while. Though it's all meant in teasing, there's really nothing wrong with boring from his perspective. After nearly two years of a life that was anything but, having a relatively boring existence is more than a bit of a relief. And mostly it means that he can get a full night's sleep if he wants to, instead of worrying that any minute the cylons are going to turn up.

Darrow's not home, he knows, but it feels safe.
